CHOCOLATE CONCRETE

Post by Gail » Thu Oct 14, 2010 3:34 pm

10 oz Marg
2 eggs
1.5 oz - 2 oz of Cocoa
16 oz of S R Flour
10 oz of sugar.
160 c for 25 min - 40 mins ( depending on how hard you want it )
school large tin.

Melt margarine , add to dry ingredients and then add eggs. Put into greased tin and press down well, especially the corners. Mark with a fork to give concrete effect and put in oven. When cooked sprinkle with sugar and mark the portions out, this will make it easier to get the chocolate concrete out of tin to serve when needed.
The concrete will be soft when done but will harden as it cools.
