Enhanced television has aspects of two technologies; computers, where the content is authored, and television, where it is viewed. TV Enhancements must be designed to accommodate the technical limitations and user expectations of the television experience. NTSC Safe colors
A graphic (such as a Menu) played on a NTSC television may have special requirements. If you use saturated reds or yellows, they may \"bleed\" on the TV screen, other colors wash out or some parts may flicker while the same content looks perfectly fine on your computer monitor.
