Start your Fedora guest in VirtualBox and open terminal. After opening terminal, login as root and run the following commands in the terminal.

yum install kernel-headers kernel-devel gcc

cd /media/VB*

./VBoxLinuxAdditions-x86.run

Guest Additions Installed.
Sound Working.
