How to Install Apache-PHP-MySql on Windows Vista

Firstly make sure you dont have IIS MtSQL PHP or any other like program installed.
This package installs and configures the following
Apache Web Server
PHP5
MySQL
PhpMyAdmin
Perl
MySQL Administrator
and no doubt a few more things I haven't discovered yet.
The important location is the root of the Web Server
C:\WebServ\wwwroot\htdocs
So this is where we install Serendipity / PHPBB3 plus our own web pages.
