For the past few days our internet has been very slow and intermittent, it was so bad that we had to resort to using our T-Mobile Dongle. I rang Virgin Media and reported the problem but all the female at the other end asked me to do was alter the radio channel to 11. This I considered to be a waste of time - I tried to explain I had some software that checks what channels are being used by neighbours so that you can use a "free" channel but I doubt she understood anything I told her. She did say that Virgin would be making some tweaks 'from their end' to try and improve things but that it could take 24 hours to take effect.
24 Hours later there was no improvement. I decided to reset the Super hub back to the factory default settings by pressing a pin into the reset hole. Lo and behold our internet problems were not only resolved but the Super Hub had now picked up the software upgrade R26 which had been released a week earlier but my Super Hub had failed to install.
