			- 6 chicken breasts
 - ½ onion
 - 2 chicken stock cubes
 - 1 pint of hot water
 - Zest of 1 orange
 - ½ cup of orange juice
  - ¼ cup of Cointreau (be generous)
 - 4 ozs mushrooms
 - Tomato puree to taste
 
- Brown chicken breasts in oil
 - Fry onions
 - Pour in stock cubes and water and simmer for 20-25 mins
 - Remove chicken
 - Add mushrooms and cook for 5 mins
 - Add orange juice, Cointreau, zest of orange and tomato puree, Thicken if necessary
 - Return chicken to the sauce
