DO NOT install Windows Sandbox or the Subsystem for Linux.
They are incompatible with Virtual Box and also Bluestacks 4 (Android phone emulator)
If you already have then simply uninstalling sandbox etc is not enough you also have to run a CMD prompt as an administrator and paste in the following:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
GThen restart your computer to make the change take effect.
