1)Open a JPG file from>File>Open.
Unclear text show on the photo.
2)Choose \"Standard Selection Tool\", first adjust \"Soften selection edge\" for 19 level then circle the text with background.
3)Make the background more dark, go to>Photo>Light>Brightness and Contrast, click \"Less bright and less contrast\" or \"Less bright and more contrast\" whatever we deside.
4)Type the Chinese text on it, choose gray color and the font size is 40, select \"3D Round\" mode.
5)Go to show \"Tool Setting\" on the right side, in the \"Options\" check \"Anti-aliasing\" for \"Strong\" effect.
6)Right click on the photo, choose \"Match Background Color\" it can mix text with background that looks natural.
7)Save as a new file then done for work.
