Ingredients
- 1 chicken about 3 lbs
- Large Packet of frozen broccoli spears
- 10 ozs mayonnaise
- 10 ozs of double cream
- Packet of chicken and leek soup
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Boil chicken for 40 mins, cool, remove skin and flake the chicken
- Place flaked chicken in oven proof dish
- Cook the broccoli spears and cool.
- Mix together the cream, mayonnaise and dry soup
- Spread half the mixture over chicken
- Place broccoli on top and spread the remaining mixture over the broccoli
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
- Bake in oven for approx 30 mins at 180
